If you want to have multiple ticket types for your event please follow the steps below:
  1. Make sure your are currently editing the event
  2. Go to section 3 by clicking on the button underneath the number 3
  3. Enter the name of the ticket type in the Ticket Type box
  4. Enter the cost of the ticket in the Cost box
  5. Enter the number of tickets that can be allocated for this ticket type. Enter 0 if there is no limit
  6. If you wish to add another ticket type follow steps 3 to 5
If there is specific information that you want to receive from your attendees, follow the steps below:
  1. Ensure you are editing the event
  2. Go to section 4 by clicking on the button underneath the number 4
  3. Under the Add Form Field, enter in the name of the information you wish to get in the New Field Name box. eg, Favourite Food
  4. In the Field Type box, select the desired input type you want the attendee to enter
  5. If you set Field Type to Radio buttons, Drop Down box, or Check boxes you will see a box called Options appear underneath the Required tick box. Enter an option you want the attendee to choose from in the textbox. If you wish to add another option, simply click the [add another option] link
  6. If you want this field to be mandatory, check the Required check box
  7. Once you have finished with the form field you are working on, click Add
  8. If you wish to add another form field simply follow steps 3 to 5
Please follow the steps below to schedule an event that occurs more than once:
  1. Make sure you are either editing a current event, or creating a new event
  2. Go to section 6 by clicking on the button underneath the number 6
  3. Select the events start time from the drop down boxes
  4. Select the This event will re-occur radio box
  5. A new section will appear called Event Schedule
  6. If you wish for the event to recur on on the same day each week, month, or year make sure that the first radio box is selected. Enter the length in time, and the period between events you want to have. Then select the day of the week you wish for the event to occur. In the Starting From drop down boxes select the date that you want the recursion to start from. E.g. If you want the event to be on the second monday of each month it would read like this:
  7. Every 2 week/s on the Monday starting from 11/06/2007
  8. If you wish to select the dates that the events will occur, select the second radio box. Select the date that you want the event to occur. If you wish to add more than one date, simply click on the [add another date] link.
  9. Once you are done click the Save button
There are two ways of displaying an event on your website.
  1. On an events listings page - Each event is listed with a click-through to more information.
  2. On an events calendar - Each event is displayed on the calendar on the day that it is specified to occur. The client can click on the event to view more details and signup for the event.

Before en event will display on your site, you must specify that it is visible when creating the event.

You can create a link to your event from within an email campaign.

To do this from within the email editor,

  1. Select the 'create link' icon
  2. From the 'link type' drop down, select "My Events".
  3. Select the appropriate event from the list to link to.
